Charged With Vehicle Tampering

A cop says he saw me jiggling door handles of cars in a parking lot. He arrested me for ''vehicle tampering'' is that really against the law? I'm in grand rapids michigan.

Just because you were charged with a crime doesn't mean you are guilty of anything. FIGHT THIS charge with a tough, experienced attorney.

Re: Charged With Vehicle Tampering

Prosecutors decide what charges should be issued, not police.
