Re: criminal sexual conduct

Criminal sexual conduct is a very serious charge and carries with it mandatory registration in the sex offenders registry. Depending on what degree of csc you are charged with, your sentencing guidlines are likely to include prison time. What you should do is hire an experienced trial attorney. While many court appointed attorneys are very capable, csc is too serious a charge to take a chance with a court appointed attorney (at least in my opinion). Your freedom is worth the cost of a good attorney.
