Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Let my friend (well friend at the time) buy my car for $700 but she didn't have the money at that time so I let her have it for $100 on the title and then she was suppose to pay me the rest when she could. But she never has paid anything more for 2 months and says that she gave the car away now. What legal rights do I have?

Actually the State of Michigan has a claim against you for falsifying the title to avoid the sales tax. Both of you have problems that should not be aired in court.
