Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I got issued an MIP on Friday in Michigan, and I am supposed to go back home to my dad's house in NY on the 15th. Will this be affected?

Your question is not clear. You may travel back to NY if you have not been arraigned and/or if there is no bond condition restricing your travel.
