Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

A lawyer is contacting my fiance who is in jail for an alibi for someone else which he cannot provide, he has contacted my fiance's friends and said my fiance is threatening them which is untrue, and has sent a message to my fiance through another client of his. He is continuously lying just to find anything to help his case. My fiance is worried because he has a long criminal history and is worried no one will believe him. He is currently in jail but has finished his time and is waiting on a decision from the parole board for violation. Is there anything i can do to stop what this attorney is doing?

It's way too difficult to decipher what the problem is. Suffice to say that your fiance ought to hire an aggressive attorney to put together a strong defense. Waiting is a bad idea. Read more at:

You could contact the office that is prosecuting the attorney's client (the defendant who needs the alibi).
