Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Lost Exhibits
Would like to know if the prosecuter can't find your case file or your exhibits on a case is that a good thing or a bad thing? Also homicide department can't find the case file. Please give me some kind of insight. Thanks please email me soon.

If there was an arrest and charges were filed, you're not off the hook until a judge dismisses the case. A criminal file can be "recreated." So don't count your chickens. Good luck.
