Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Hello, Im originally from Connecticut but living in Michigan Ive been on probation for two years running, I have successfully completed everything that ever been asked of me paid all my fines etc, completed anger management successfully, never once violated, I dont drink or use any illegal drugs and have complied with everything the court has ordered. I'm trying to transfer my probation back home to where I have a stable place to live (since Ive been evicted from my home here) better job opportunities (that have been offered) My probation officer knows I have no family here in Michigan as well as a place to live or a job that gives me enough hours to make a living. I have been in compliance with everything they have ever asked for and they are saying no and wont even submit an interstate compact application to verify my school registration status, verify my address, nor verify my employment. The thing is Im registered for school over in CT, have a few job offers and have a reliable place to live back home with my family I've done everything that has been asked since placed on probation in 2011 and Im still getting a no and not a legit reason as to why, is there anything I can do? I was also on non reporting probation and have not seen my probation officer (until last week) for a year suddenly I asked for a probation transfer to where I can be more successful and safe and not homeless with a good job, as well as be a productive member of society. Friday May, 17 2013 my probation officer gives me a call and informed me that they placed me on reporting probation again for no reason. I have always done what is right while on probation for this misdemeanor, I dont drink or use any illegal drugs, have never violated and at this moment I need help from the court or someone that can help I feel Im not getting a fair shake, I have no relatives in this state nor a place to live I've been living out of my car while still attending classes at the university here to graduate with my four majors on time Ive practically been told by my probation officer to drop out of school and go to a homeless mission that to me is absurd. This situation has caused so much emotional, physical, and psychological stress to me that is not healthy for my well being and have been to the hospital for it 3 times already and I just need a little more help then what I've been getting. Any help on how to go about this will greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

AFTER you visit the court and ask the clerk to review your file, or you could write up a motion to modify probation and support it with documentation of " Im registered for school over in CT, have a few job offers and have a reliable place to live back home with my family"

Be aware that your narrative contains conflicting assertions that a judge would find difficult to understand.

Your best bet is to have your attorney handle this with the judge. If you do not have an attorney already, hire one.
