Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I received a probation violation for missing one mail in appt as well as one in person appoint. I also missed 3 payments. The reason I missed my appointments and payments was because I was sexually assaulted. The medication I was on following the attack was not only very expensive it also made me very ill. My back was also injured in the attack. I am scared to go to court. Is there a chance the court will be understanding of my situation?
