Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was renting an AirBNB for two nights last weekend. On the first night the boyfriend of the woman who owns the house was being very hostile towards me and recommended that I leave. However, I had already paid for the AirBNB for the two nights and I was with my kitten and was therefore not able to find a new place to stay that late. I negotiated that I would be able to stay the night, however in the morning, the boyfriend kicked me out and threatened to call the cops for trespassing. I quickly threw all of my stuff together and got out of the house, only to see that I didn't have my keys or my wallet. I asked the residents for my keys and wallet and they refused, instead opting to just videotape me. I dumped my bag on the lawn to show that I did not have my keys or wallet and that they must be inside and I need them to leave. The man proceeded to dangle my keys from behind the glass door in a taunting way, while keeping a video camera on me and telling me that the police were coming. I picked up my stuff but started to call him racial epitaphs such as N**** and Jigaboo, because he was refusing to give me my keys and wallet and I was very cold standing outside waiting. Once the police showed up they breathalyzed me and I blew a .000 and made the man give me my keys back (but he claims he did not have my wallet). Now I am being accused of ethnic intimidation despite the fact I made no physical threat or destroyed any property. Can a lawyer please explain to me if this is grounds for a felony ethnic intimidation charge, when all I did was call him a N***** and Jigaboo because he refused to give me my stuff back?

I realize this is horrible bigoted stuff to say, but I am prone to outbursts of rage and I tend to go for the most offensive thing I can say due to this anger.

Hire a local lawyer and fight the charges. The discovery and the video would be important in defending the case.
