Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Is there anyway I can stop my husband's extradition to MI for child support? can we make arrangements for payments with the DA? Is there anyway that I can take responsibility? He needs to stay here we have three kids together and they need their father.

Probably not. Likely if they are extradicting from California, he is being charged with a felony. He'll have to come to Michigan to deal wit that.

No. At this point it is really to late to stop it. That doesn't mean you can't make things better. The more arrears he gets paid down the better the outcome of his case will be.
