Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

If you are certain that a transcript has somehow been altered from a previous court hearing that effected a subsequent case... what do you do? Someone altered the transcript so it now reads that the case was dismissed with prejudice. It was dismissed without. I had a copy of the judges order that had additional printing and the "dismissed w/o prejudice' was crossed out... almost scribbled out. When i asked why that would be while we were in court session, the document was taken from me by opposing counsel, who told the judge it was the judges notes (no, it was a signed order) gave it to the judge and my question was never answered. The paper was not returned to me. The judge also told me that I was in trouble for submitting a document that was "hearsay" that had profanity. Something fishy. This was general civil court case. I was representing myself and was the plaintiff. The previous case I was the defendant.

Representing yourself was not a good idea. You've found out that trying to play lawyer can be hazardous to your case. I suggest that you hire an attorney to try to fix this fiasco.

You posted your "general civil court case" question in the Criminal Law section of lawguru.com. You might want to re-post it in a more relevant section of this site (something to do with "general civil law"?). It would also be helpful if you gave more context to what happened in court: type of case you filed, some brief facts of the cause of action, what the hearing was where this all happened, etc.
