You'll have to be more specific. Is is the alpha characters after your case number? For example, 16-1234-FC. If it's a criminal case it represents a capital charge. Other than that you'll have to be more specific before we can help. It could stand for fines/costs, Friend of the Court... There are many possibilities. We'll need context.
