does a cop have influence over a case that does not involve him? I recieved a DUI in january and my ex-boss (is also a cop) insist he is doing everything he can to get me max penalty. He does not work for the county i was pulled over in, I had already quit that job prior to my arrest and he was not there. I feel he is angry about me quitting my job and blowing steam but i dont know.
