Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

i have outstanding court fees ($1300) from a DUI but will be moving to the UK in a month as i have been granted a visa to live with my fiancee. will this affect me leaving the country or returning to the USA

Not a good idea. If you don't pay and later return to Michigan, you stand a good chance of being arrested upon going through customs. If you avoid that, a warrant for your arrest will continue to exist.
