Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

No Show

I arrived in court,sat and waited 3 hours,and was told to come back because the prosecuting attorney did not show up.What are my rights if any?

One of your most important rights is to hire an attorney to protect you from being run around in circles. You have many other rights but of course I can't explain them all to you. Your attorney probably can explain all your rights to you - - - - - contact an attorney right away and quit being foolish enough to go into court without one.
