Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Can my ex do this, or am I allowed to take my children to the home I move into after she signs off on the move?

My ex says I can move, but I can only see my children when in her home town. We have joint legal custody and she has agreed for me to move outside of the 100 mile rule. My paperwork has me set up to have them every other weekend, rotating holidays, and ten days on ten days off in the summer.

It sounds like you need to consult with a family law attorney however normally, you can have parenting time with your children in your home.
