Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Change of Domicile

If change of domicile specifies 'State of Mi to State of Georgia', can the custodial parent move to other states after moving to Georgia or must they return to original state of MI?

Re: Change of Domicile

I'm confused as to what you are asking? Is this change of domicile an order allowing the custodial parent to move to Georgia? I don't think there would be a requirement for the parent to move back to Michigan or stay in Georgia, but the parent will want to go through the same process as before to get permission from the court to move if they are planning to move.
