Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I have been out of coutry for three years and have not paid child support. I am currently unemployed and need to enter thecountry for halth issue. However, I have a bench warrant against me. Could I reverse bech warrant?

No, a bench warrant simply cannot/won't be reversed. At some point you will have to turn yourself in to get the matter resolved. If not, you risk getting hauled into jail the next time you come into contact with law enforcement or when you try to enter the country again. I suggest getting the matter taken care of sooner rather than later. Contact an attorney to represent you and help you with this process.

The bench warrant would need to be set aside. I have handled many similar situations for out of state residents.
