My Daughter was born 12/21/10 and is 2.5 months old. Father is in the army and getting deployed july 2011. he is taking me to court tomorrow for joint physical and legal custody. He does not work, and i work 2 jobs. He has only payed $110.00 in child support and that was last week (so he wouldnt look bad in court.) we are not married or together. i filed saying i wanted full physical custody since the father will not be in the country for the next year or so, do i have anything to worry about?
