Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My daughter in law leaves my grandson in the car while she takes classes at a community college. There are no cameras on campus so it is my grandson's word against his mother's. He is 7. She also leaves him in the car when she runs errands. CPS has been called on her twice for other things. Nothing is done. My grandson said his mom told him to never ever tell anyone she leaves him in the car alone. I have a heartbreaking video. What can be done?

If you have a video then turn it over to CPS and/or contact an attorney about filing for guardianship of your grandson.

The police would likely be interested in seeing the video and speaking with the child. I would also provide a copy to CPS and the child's father.
