Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My daughters have regular visitation w their father, set up through friend of court,in MI, where we now live. My fiance is active in the army and we would like to get married and move the girls and I down south to GA. could I be denied permission to move out of state. Even if its to be with my husband to be.....
