Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I divorced in 2012 and received 1/2 of what my ex-wife had in her 401K. About $13,000 prior to going to court she took out over $30,000 to "pay bills that she owed" according to her lawyer. I was the sole provider even though she had started working. she was making more that I was. accumulation of about 1 1/2 years pay for her. My lawyer did not fight for me and I did sign the divorce papers. Now she will get 1/2 of my pension. even though she is still making more than me. Working at TACOM in Warren, MI. Now my question is can I pay her a lump sum ? and or can I fight the first signing? Thank you

It depends upon how the Judgment was drafted (e.g. was it spousal support vs property division). Property division is final and binding absent few exceptions. You may want to have an attorney review your Judgment.
