How can I give all rights to my child to her mother

That depends on what you mean by your rights. If you mean terminate your parental rights, generally, you cannot do that without an adoption. Only then does child support and any rights for the child to call you father end.

You can give up your visitation rights very easily. Just tell the mother you don't want to see your child. When the child is old enough, hopefully you'll man up and explain to your child why you chose to abandon. In the meantime, continue mailing your child support to help feed the child you helped to make.
