Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

My ex husband and I have a custody agreement (in the State of Michigan, where we all still live) from 2002 for our now 16 year old daughter. I have sole legal/physical custody and he has visitation. My daughter recently got a job to earn money for her own car and for when she graduates next year. However, her job schedule has been interfering with her being able to go for her visits. Her father lives an hour and twenty minutes from where we live and she works. It has gotten to where my daughter no longer wants to go. Does she still need to go because she does work?

Yes. She does. You will have to file a motion to modify the order or negotiate another consent order with the father. I've had great success with similar motions. See cbrownlegal.com. contact my office for more information.
