Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
My husband was married before, and he pays child support. He did not sign the birth certificate. We dont think the child is his, if we get a dna test and he is not the father will he still have to pay child support?

If your husband is ordered to pay child support, there is a court order saying that he's the father. Trying to fix that problem now is next to impossible.
