Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I am a michigan resident. My husband and I are getting a divorce. I was wondering if he has any right to property that has been occupied by him and I for the past three years. The mortgage loan is in me and my father's name. The home is in me and my fathers name. Would the home be in fact one quarter his because it is half mine?
