Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan
I am the non custodial parent exercising my court ordered weekend visitation. It is not safe for the minor child to go back to the custodial parent. What can i do before sending the child back to the custodial parent?

If there is a GENUINE emergency or safety issue, do not put your children in danger. You are obligated to protect them. Make a police report and/or a CPS report before making a decision.
