Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

I'm currently residing in Michigan, but wish to take my daughter and move to Florida. My daughter's father has agreed to allow me to do this. We would like to draw up an order with the terms that we have agreed upon WITHOUT spending a bunch of money and dealing with lawyers. How do we go about doing that?

If the two of you are in agreement, you should not have to spend a ton of money to have a family law expert draw this up for you. Contact a family law attorney in your county and check on pricing and experience.

You may try contacting the Friend of the Court to see if they have a standard form or stipulation and order for you to fill out. You can always contact Legal Aid to see if they have an example they can send you. Otherwise, if you have to go through an attorney the cost will probably be rather nominal since you both are in agreement. Feel free to contact my office for pricing or other family law firms in your area.
