How can I stop Child support from taking my state income tax?

Pay your child support. That's really the only option. If it's a matter of a large arrearage I would suggest contacting Friend of the Court to see if you make more than your monthly payment consistently for a period of time or if you can make one large sum payment if they can and if they would stop taking your income tax. That's really the only thing that's going to stop it.
