supreme court judgements

sorry about spelling ... where do I find the verbage that enforces that the appallant courts are not bound by there rulings when material facts did not remain the same?

Appellate courts are bound by the law established earlier, unless overruled. The facts of each case are different but the law, as applied to those facts, is bound by precedent. You could go to the law library of your county and use the law library. However, you probably should not be representing yourself, from the sound of it. William S. Stern
