Legal Question in Family Law in Michigan

Hi. If a women asks me to get her pregnant but tells me she does not require me to pay child support or be involved in the kids life and I have the text messages saved, can she file for a paternity test and make me pay child support anyways?

Yes she can. That would not be a binding agreement. Also, if she ever receives government assistance in the future they can compel her to get child support from you as a contingency for her receiving government benefits.
