Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have a PPO against me and have filed the paper work to have a hearing to have it terminated. What can I do at the hearing, will I be able to cross examine the person who filed it? I also have a warrent out for me for aggravated domestic assault. Should I wait until the PPO hearing to take care of that to???

You can take care of the warrant at the PPO hearing since, as soon as you show up, you'll be arrested. Call the court that issued the warrant and ask the clerk for the amount of your bond (be ready to pay) which will have a "no contact" provision - making your continued presence at the PPO hearing unnecessary.
