Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Michigan

I have recently, of 30 days past, won a small claims judgement of $3000.00 against an Auto Dealer Ship for Janitorial Cleaning Services for which I was contracted for and supplied. This Auto Dealer Ship had filed Charter 11 during the duration of the Small Cliams suite. I was never notified of this. At present I have no idea if there are any remaining assets that I can claim.

How do I move forward in persuant of my Judgement Claim ??

You will need an attorney to review their bankruptcy filings to determine whether or not you will be able to collect on your judgement.

There is an automatic stay on all collection matters. You will need to go through bankruptcy court. Kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz

I know almost nothing of bankruptcy, but you still may be able to execute on the debt because you were not included in the list of creditors and were not notified of the proceedings.

In effect, the debtor lied to the bankruptcy court.
