Legal Question in Immigration Law in Michigan

My son-in-law is considered illegal but stays in the US under supervised monitoring. My daughter is physically abusing him. She has been court ordered out of the house. How will that affect his stay in the US? I sponsored him, not her. She was pregnant and not working so they wouldn't allow her to be the sponsor. They have 2 US born children and right now he is raising them. He has a social security card, but isn't allows a green card. He works, pays taxes, etc. just like everyone else.

Hello, I am not sure what you mean by supervised monitoring and why he is not allowed to have a green card. Those are important questions that need to be answered before deciding whether your daughter's situation would affect your son in law. It sounds like you completed the affidavit of support which is done when a petition is filed but was that petition denied?
