Legal Question in Insurance Law in Michigan
My son was involved in a car accident last year on April 4 2012. He was killed at the scene. We didn't have insurance on the vehicle, now we're being sued. What can we do ? Please help us.

If you have assets to protect then you need an attorney to defend the case. If you have no assets or the damages sought are large, then bankruptcy would be an option. I would be happy to discuss with you and so sorry for your loss.
