Legal Question in Employment Law in Michigan

Boss took away vacation time

Working for a very small company for 18 months, everything was great. In that first year I received 4 weeks paid vacation and birthday was paid time off day. Boss became angry with me and now I find I am allowed 1 paid week vacation. I have discovered the boss has a personality disorder, where she makes rash decisions in anger, but will not change the decision once her anger has passed. I am the only 'employee' for the company, others that work for her are contractors. Other administrators have said my boss set a precedence by giving me 4 weeks vacation the first year and cannot refuse them to me now. First question is can she cut my vacation time from 4 weeks to 1. If the answer is no, how can I fight this?

Yes.Employment is at-will, as are its terms. Not much you can do about it legally.
