Can he do this
My friend purchased me a Saturn Sky Car the beginning of this year "he's still make payments on it". but now he has met another girl and wants to take it back and let her drive my car.
Can he just ask for it back every time he gets upset ?
Do i have any rights although the car is in his name ?

It all depends on his intent. If he intended to give you the car it's yours and cannot be taken back. If it is his, and he let you use it, it's his and he can take it away. The fact he pays on it is not beneficial to your claim. Www.kliszlaw.com
