Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

Auto Accident

Brother inlaw broke neck in accident will be quad 4 the rest of his life.

How do we find out if the seat belts in the vehicle he was driving were defective? Is there someone that we can call to check it out? The car also had an airbag that did deploy. My sister which would be his wife told the insurance company at this point she didn't want anything done with the car and they told her they would store it on there lot but 4 not very long.

Get a lawyer and get one NOW!

These suits are very costly and you definitely have NO business settlng with the insurer before you get legal help.

There are lawyers who specialize in this area and with whatever car company you're dealing with, so make sure you get someone who has experience. Call the American Trial Lawyers Association for a referral. Do it today.

Re: Auto Accident

We are very sorry to hear about your brother-in-law. Your sister is very wise to protect the car at this point. Once its been destroyed, that usually ends any hope of a case.

We have been involved in numerous product liability cases against the automotive manufactures and their suppliers for the failure to deploy and defective air bags as well as failed seatbelt cases yielding a settlement or jury trial victory.

We handle cases like this throughout the State of Michigan. Call us toll free at (800) 209-4000 and we can discuss this in more detail.

Regards,
