Legal Question in Personal Injury in Michigan

I was in an automobile accident that cause me to have injuries. I had no insurance at the time. The other driver was at fault. Do i have a case?

No you don't. It's a crime to drive without insurance in Michigan and law stops you from bringing a suit. The other insurer can sue you for any damages they pay out. Get an attorney on board for this.
