Nobody can answer that as there are multiple factors that will affect the probation department's recommendation and the judge's decision. You will be charged with a probation violation, which is a separate crime, which can also result in revocation of your probation and imposition of jail time, along with more monetary fines. Or they could increase your probation by several months, or increase the conditions, such as substance testing 7 days a week instead of 2 or whatever you are on right now. I strongly suggest you retain a lawyer to negotiate the best deal possible, i.e., the lowest penalty, who will also consult with you and determine the best strategy (i.e., how to best argue in court against jail time by focusing on the good things you have done and not just this one slip up).

Regardless, always take responsibility for your actions, don't try to deny it or offer an excuse such as "i was stressed and just smoked one time." Judges have heard it all, will not believe you, and do not care.
