Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Michigan

I deposited a check into my acct from a closing on selling property. Agent called said the deal is off because the property has a lien that she just found out. She said that she is cancelling the check can she do that after the deal. And can I still receive money on the check tomorrow morning eventhough she called and told me the deal is off.
