Before my mother passed away she quit claim deeded her house to my husband and I. She did not include ''survivor rights?''. We would like to get the house put in our name. I have been told I need to have my siblings sign off on it to do that, We have lived in the house since she passed 8 years ago.

Consult local counsel and try to mediate a resolution with your siblings to avoid spending a lot of money fighting about it.
