Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I have a half sister that is currently the executor of my mother's will. She was never officially adopted by my father (who is deceased). Even though my mother has a "the money must be split 7 ways" (because there are 7 children) in her will, my half sister is trying to turn my mother against her 6 other children, exclude them from her will, and keep the money for herself. We (the other 6 children) would like to receive equal shares. please, any and all help would greatly be appreciated. -Lost and unsure

If your mom is able to change her will, that's up to her. If there is undue influence or lack of capacity, that would have to be challenged after her passing. There is nothing legally to do now.
