Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
I made a will with an attorney in 1983 when my daughter was young. That will is fine but it does not include any living will info or designation for medical power of attorney. Do I need to file a whole new will or can I use on line form available for living will and just keep it with my original will

You might also consider a financial power of attorney as well. The will is not part of the medical poa. That's separate.
