My mother passed in 2011 ( Michigan), she had a revocable trust. My 3 siblings refuse to sell the property, I want my inheritance.

What type of attorney do I need to obtain ( I live in WI) and does the attorney need to be in MI?

What can I expect in legal fee's?

My portion would be 10-20 K.
