Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan
My sister is the trustee of my late fathers will/estate/trust. Her lawyer husband has claimed he is legal representation for the said estate/trust. Is this a conflict of interest or even possible? Shouldn't an attorney not related to the estate/trust be appointed if probate action is taken?
