Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

I had been taking care of my parents and their property for several years, when we had to hire caregivers to help i asked for same money as caregivers to cover expenses, and siblings agreed. I recently found out that my sister who is the administrator, is paying herself 3 times more. It states in the will that we will all get equal shares, but this doesnt sound equal. Im afraid that if I confront them about it that htey will just have somebody else do the maitenence and say tough luck now that dads gone and moms in a home. Is there anything I can do to get equal payment and respect?

Its a bit confusing to say your sister is an administrator. Are both of your folks deceased? What does your sister get paid to do? Please follow up and I'll try to advise you properly. Thx
