Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Michigan

Will is not being done as stated

Will that my stepmother and father prepared states that all belongings and Real Estate are to be sold at auction at fair market value and split equeal amongs us 8 children.

but would be left at the discretion of the executors.

The exsecutors are a step sister and a half sister

They have decided that there will be no auction and that we should get togeather and have some sort of garage sale. This is not what was stated in the will

They want to sell the home to a brother $42,000.00

The home is maufactured and just placed on 2 acres, fall of 2006 and well worth at the least amount of $125,000.00

Can they force the rest of the children to do this?

Executors owe a fiduciary duty to the heirs- you need to hire an attorney and object.
