I have a collections agency calling me for a credit card I had 10 years ago. I don't have any records of payment for this acct. anymore. What can I do?

Your options may be to request the documentation validating the account and getting the calls and contacts to stop. If this alleged account is older than 6 years old and you have not made any payments or promises of payment on this account then you may have an affirmative defense.
