In trouble??? Why? So you know, I did not 'track' your post 100 percent, but I will tell you this: In my professional experience, attorney work of many years, the general issues & problems & worries & fears that you described your friend to be having are encountered with ongoing regular experiences with people. I try to volunteer as much I can through one charity that pre-screens people before they 'get to me', & I work in a paid capacity. I have made a personal rule that I will provide reduced fee, especially for people like your friend, but must charge some fee when my work is 'outside' of the charity program where I do my 'completely free' giving (I am blessed to be able to give to others - it's God/Jesus blessing on me !). I am NOT soliciting work from you fyi - if you do go looking for an attorney so your friend can share with utmost privacy & confidentiality, I am giving you general info' to help you in your search!!

You OBVIOUSLY are a wonderful friend !!! Keep doing what you're doing !! God bless the precious baby !!

DEFINITELY choose a very well trained high experienced attorney for private legal advice & counsel. I suggest that most likely 'mom' would feel more comfortable with an attorney who is her same gender/sex - choose someone kind, caring, compassionate, & WELL-experienced please !!

Best to you all !!!!!!! What a terrific friend you are !!

I urge: Be wary of 'free advice' !!
